The High Supports programme

Position Paper: Response to the High Supports Process paper prepared by the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment 2001.

The need for an individual-centred High Supports process was highlighted in a Recommendation of the report Solving Long-term Unemployment in Dublin - The Lessons from Policy Innovation (2000). The Labour Market Policy Group of the Pact subsequently defined its position in relation to this issue and submitted this to the deliberations of the Standing Committee on the Labour Market.
