What is the DEP?

The Pact was established in 1998 under an EU-supported initiative to tackle employment and development issues in the Dublin region. It facilitates a wide range of organisations in tackling employment policy issues and developing and piloting innovative and sustainable solutions. The Pact comprises representatives of the Dublin Regional and local authorities, the local development and community sector, the social partners, and relevant government and statutory agencies.
